Rocket Boys came out of the wood work in the second month of our tournament-format season and came out swinging. They have quite the love affair with the longball. Watch any of their games for longer than 15 seconds and you'll see a moonshot, guaranteed. At first they seem like a bunch of tough guys who are there only to win, but make no mistake about it...they are here to have fun and talk trash as well. They've taken to the game nicely and you can see them studying the game from every angle from the bench. Their first tournament they made it to the championship and lost it in a heart-breaker as Rick Patterson hit a walk-off home run to end the game. This team remains hungry and is one of the top contenders for a season championship. This team burns bright and can fly high, thus the fitting team name.
